We partnered with Oostvogels to deliver an advanced container unloading solution for 25 kg bags. This innovative system is designed to maximize efficiency and flexibility in the unloading process, catering to specific operational needs.

Key features:

• Container Unloading Solution: Specially designed for handling 25 kg bags, ensuring efficient and reliable unloading.
• Telescopic Conveyors and Robots: The system includes 2 telescopic conveyors and 2 robots both equipped with vision cameras, providing the capability to unload 2 containers simultaneously or to direct the unloading from 1 container to 2 robots for increased capacity.
• Increased Capacity: The dual-conveyor and dual-robot setup significantly boosts unloading capacity, optimizing workflow and reducing turnaround times.
• Four Lift Tables: The system operates with four lift tables. Each lift table can hold 5 pallets. Once a pallet is full, the operator can remove it, and the lift table automatically moves up to provide a new pallet for loading.
• Versatile Pallet Handling: Suitable for multiple pallet formats.
• Automatic Base Layer Placement: Robots automatically place a base sheet on each pallet before loading.
• Suitable for Large Containers: Capable of handling containers up to 40ft in size.
• Easy Pattern Creation: With just a few simple steps, an operator can create a loading pattern and start the unloading process.
