We partnered with NOBAMED in Germany to create a groundbreaking solution for container unloading and pallet handling. This innovative system incorporates the Copal C2 for box unloading, a pre-sorter to optimize workflow, the BOUPAL system for seamless integration, and automated pallet handling with wrapping capabilities. Together, these components form the world's first fully automated line from container to wrapped pallet, representing a unique and revolutionary solution in the logistics industry.

Key Features:

• Copal C2 for Box Unloading: Efficient and reliable unloading of boxes from containers. At NOBAMED, we installed the first fully automatic container unloading solution. The C2 operates independently, moving in and out of the container and unloading boxes autonomously.
• Pre-sorter: Optimizes the workflow by sorting boxes based on barcode scanning and can handle up to 6 different SKUs simultaneously, depending on the pallet pattern.
• BOUPAL System: Seamlessly integrates with the overall system, capable of rotating boxes in 3D. Prior input of product dimensions  , and barcode information are the only requirements, allowing the system to automatically determine how to rotate each box for optimal palletization. This includes the unique ability to tilt boxes, such as setting upright boxes that arrive flat in a container.
• Automated Pallet Handling with Wrapping Capabilities: Enhances efficiency by automating the handling and wrapping of pallets.
• Versatility and Efficiency: Additionally, the system can handle a variety of box sizes within a container without needing mechanical adjustments. The BOUPAL system can also arrange and palletize boxes with the barcode facing outward, provided the boxes are on their base.
